How do I get started?
You can start by creating a free account with your email id or social network authorization. On your first login, you will be guided to setup your SEO campaign. Our servers will regularly crawl your website for backlinks, competitor information, keywords, traffic & social network data and provide you with errors and recommendations along with tips/help to implement.
No plan suits me, I need support for more number of sites, pages and keywords?
If your requirement does not fit into any of our plans, contact us with your requirement. We can increase number of pages crawled per website, number of keywords tracked and also scale the plan to includes 100s of websites. Let us know your requirement and we will get back with customized plan catering to your needs.
Do you need my credit card?
No, Credit card details are only required when you upgrade to paid version. During your free trial evaluation period, you can sign up just with your email id or social network (Google, Facebook) authorization. In case, you are facing any trouble with sign up write to us.
How easy is to upgrade or cancel my plan? & How secure are my credit card details?
We do not store any credit card details on our servers – we leave that up to the professionals. FastSpring is our chosen credit card processor, because of their security and long standing in the online credit card processing industry. You can cancel or upgrade any time by going to billing option in SearchEnabler application. It’s simple and easy to both upgrade as well as cancel without requiring any manual intervention.
What are my payment options? Can I pay by invoice?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal through our online payment partner FastSpring. If you would like to prepay for 6 or 12 months you can contact us and pay with an invoice. 
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. SearchEnabler is a month to month service provided on subscription basis. There is no contractual obligations or long term commitment. You can join or cancel any time and if you cancel you will not be billed again.
